1. Overview
At NurAI, under Zetrix AI Berhad, we respect your right to control your personal information. If you wish to delete your NurAI account, please follow these clear and straightforward steps below.
2. How to Delete Your NurAI Account
Submit a Request via Email:
Please send an email to our customer support at help@zetrix.com.
Subject Line:
Clearly state "NurAI Account Deletion Request" in your email subject.
3. Required Information
To verify your identity and efficiently process your request, include the following:
• Your full name
• Identification Number (e.g., MyKad, Passport)
• The email address associated with your NurAI account
• Your username (if applicable)
• Reason for account deletion (optional, but appreciated)
4. Submission and Confirmation
After sending the email with the necessary information, our customer support team will review your request.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
5. Important Information
• You cannot delete your account if there are active transactions or unresolved issues associated with your account.
• Upon account deletion, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed, except where we are legally required to retain data.
6. Refunds and Transactions
If your account contains any prepaid funds or wallet balance, these will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days after account deletion.
Any pending or unpaid transactions associated with your account will be automatically cancelled.
7. Data Retention Compliance
To comply with legal obligations and regulations, NurAI will retain transaction and accounting records related to your account for at least 7 years following account deletion.
